Items returned without first being authorized by TRU∙Kii WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED for a refund.
All items must meet the following requirements to be eligible for return:
- Returns must be made within 15 days of the delivery date.
- All items must be in new, unused condition, complete in original packaging, with all instructions, and with all included accessories. Please note all returns must be shipped in the original box, so we recommend holding onto all packaging.
- Return shipping and handling costs are at the owner's expense.
- Please allow 15 business days for our warehouse to inspect and process your returned package upon arrival.
- Refunds are issued to the original method of payment after return has been received and inspected.
- A refund will be sent to the credit/debit card issuing bank within 4 weeks of receipt of the returned package.
- Returns and refunds are only accepted on items purchased on trukii.com. We do not accept returns on items purchased from third party retailers.
