When do I need to return the TRU-Kii?
We'll contact you directly at the end of the ski season with return instructions and a prepaid shipping label.
What if I want to buy it after renting?
You can purchase the TRU-Kii at any time during your rental period. We'll apply a credit toward your purchase.
What if something breaks during my rental?
Normal wear and tear is expected. For any damage concerns, contact our support team at support@trukii.com.
Can I extend my rental period?
Rental periods are typically for one full ski season. Contact us if you need to extend beyond the standard season.
